This Discussion Forum features panels of 3 people, with each panel focussing on a particular issue of relevance to tort law and social equality. After the panelists share their ideas, members of the Forum will be invited to comment and raise further questions, and panelists will reply.
The first panel will go live on April 29, 2022 and will feature professors Haim Abraham, Doron Dorfman and Kyle Velte in a discussion about tort law and barriers for LGBTQ2+ plaintiffs and plaintiffs with disabilities.
